Cancellation Policy:

Bookings can be canceled only before 7 days of the scheduled check-in date. Any cancellation made within 7 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

If you need to cancel your booking within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 working days from the date of the cancellation request. We appreciate your patience during this process.

How to Cancel:

No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show, where guests do not arrive for their scheduled stay without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Modification Policy:

Changes to your booking dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date. Modifications made within 7 days of the check-in date are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Solis Wellness Retreat reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review this policy regularly for any updates.
